Vitec® 4000 Antiscalant/dispersant, canister 20 kg

Vitec™ 4000 is a highly effective liquid anti-calc agent and dispersant designed to provide excellent inhibition of silica deposits and increase the performance of water treatment systems. It effectively prevents the formation of silica deposits up to 2.8 times saturation without the need for the addition of acid. In addition, Vitec 4000 prevents the formation of clay (aluminum silicates) and calcium phosphates, making it indispensable for systems with high metal content such as iron, aluminum and manganese.

Application

Vitec 4000 works effectively in high-silica water, providing reliable scale protection in a variety of industries, including mining, well water, high-recovery applications, wastewater and regions with high volcanic silica. The drug is approved by NSF, which confirms its safety and effectiveness.

Injection

For best results, Vitec 4000 should be administered before multimedia filters and before cartridge filters.

Dilution

Vitec 4000 is intended for administration in its pure form. If dilution is necessary, use deionized water or reverse osmosis permeate. If these sources are not available, softened water can be used. Dilution should not reduce the concentration of the solution by less than 10% in order to maintain the effectiveness of the internal bacteriostat, which inhibits the growth of bacteria in the product packaging and the supply tank.
