Privacy Policy

This document defines the principles, purposes, method of processing and use of data and information from you when using websites, as well as the scope of data collected. Please read the content of the document carefully. By entering the website operated by ANDRII LEVCHENKO conducting business under the name H2O-Company ANDRII LEVCHENKO or using it and providing personal data, you accept the terms of this privacy policy.
 
The administrator of your personal data is ANDRII LEVCHENKO, conducting business under the name H2O-Company ANDRII LEVCHENKO, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG) under the NIP number 8952261752 and REGON number 526343980, hereinafter referred to as the "Data Administrator".
The data administrator takes special care to ensure that all personal data is processed in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected and used in accordance with the scope of granted permissions (consents) and areas of processing permitted by law.
All personal data entrusted or transferred are processed in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
The data administrator processes personal data only after obtaining prior consent, expressed at the time of registration on the website or at the time of confirmation of a transaction made on the website.
Expressing consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary, however, failure to grant it prevents registration on the website and making purchases via the website.
The data administrator takes every care to ensure the security of the processed personal data by applying appropriate technical and organizational measures. Personal data will be collected and processed because it is necessary to perform the sales agreement concluded with the Data Controller or to exercise the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, for the purposes of:
- enabling you to use the services provided electronically,
- handling inquiries and notifications that you send to us,
- contacting you, including for purposes related to permitted information and marketing activities,
- enabling contact with you for purposes related to the sale of products,
- ensuring the security and integrity of the services that we provide you electronically, including counteracting fraud and abuse and ensuring traffic safety,
- conducting statistical analyses,
- storing data for archival purposes, and ensuring accountability (demonstrating our compliance with the obligations arising from the provisions of the law),
Data for these purposes will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b), c) and f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
 
We may transfer your data to entities with which the Data Controller has concluded a cooperation agreement in order to implement the agreement between us and to implement the legitimate interest of the Data Controller within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data, to entities supporting us in the provision of services by electronic means and to entities cooperating with us in marketing campaigns. In the event of the need to deliver traditional mail, personal data may be made available to postal operators in order to deliver a letter or parcel. To public entities entitled to obtain data under applicable law only if they submit a request to the Data Controller citing an appropriate legal basis.
 
The Data Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organization.
 
Your personal data may be obtained using forms completed on the website as well as in direct contacts.
The website operated by the Data Administrator uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files saved on your computer, which store settings and other information used on the websites you visit, in order to adapt the content and services to your individual needs and preferences. You can disable the option of accepting cookies in your web browser at any time. Cookies can be used, among others, for:

- measuring user traffic on websites,
- establishing, maintaining and managing the user's session and also to remember their preferences.Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the contractual or statutory obligations for which it was collected. This data will be deleted immediately when its storage is no longer necessary, for evidential purposes, in accordance with civil law or in connection with a statutory obligation to store data.
Information relating to the contract is stored for evidential purposes, for a period of three years, starting from the end of the year in which the business relationship was terminated. The data will be deleted after the statutory limitation period for pursuing contractual claims has expired.
The data controller may retain archival information regarding concluded transactions, as their storage is related to the User's claims, e.g. under warranty.
 
If no contract has been concluded between the data controller and the User, the User's personal data is stored until the User's account on the website is deleted. The account may be deleted as a result of the User submitting a request, withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data, or filing an objection to the processing of this data.
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
 
In the event that it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
