Service

Before starting the system, pre-treatment of membranes, loading of membrane elements, calibration of devices and other checks must be performed. During start-up, the system should be gradually transferred from the rest state to the operating state: gradually increase the water pressure at the inlet for 30-60 seconds. The working speed of the flow should be reached gradually within 15-20 seconds. The permeate obtained during the first hour of operation is discarded.

Importantly!

Always keep membrane elements wet after start-up. To prevent biofouling during long breaks in work, it is recommended to immerse membrane elements in preservative solutions. The maximum pressure drop is 2.1 bar.
