Specification:

System components include a Grundfos® CR 3-15 pump, a composite membrane holder, a 2.5" x 10" mechanical filter, an electrical panel with an Ecosoft controller, a Danfoss solenoid valve, piping, fittings, a control valve, a steel frame and a shipping box. Membrane options: Filmtec™ XLE-4040 / LC LE-4040 or Ecosoft ELP-4040.

• Residual chlorine: up to 0.1 mg/l
• Hardness: up to 3 mg-eq/l (150 mg/l CaCO₃)
• Iron: up to 0.1 mg/l
• Manganese: up to 0.05 mg/l
• Silicates: up to 20 mg/l
• Oxidability: up to 4 mg O₂/l

Values ​​may be exceeded if antiscalant or other pretreatment agents are dosed before reverse osmosis systems.

Controller OS 5000:

The OS 5000 controller is designed for automatic or manual control of reverse osmosis systems and provides activation and deactivation of the installation according to the level in the storage tank, automatic hydraulic flushing of the membranes, stopping the system in emergency situations to protect the pump from dry running, protecting the membranes from high pressure, as well as measuring and displaying electrical conductivity and temperature.
