Ultraviolet water disinfectant Ecosoft E-480

Ultraviolet water disinfectant Ecosoft E-480 is a metal case inside which an ultraviolet lamp is placed in a special quartz sleeve.

Principle of operation

Water is fed into the body of the ultraviolet disinfectant, where the disinfection of microorganisms actually takes place. The incoming flow of water washes the quartz cover and receives the necessary dose of ultraviolet radiation.

A quartz sleeve around the lamp prevents water from entering the body of the emitter itself, which makes the system safe to use.

Main advantages:

• a high dose of UV radiation (30 mJ/cm2), sufficient for the deactivation of a wide range of microorganisms
• physical method of disinfection — does not require the use of additional reagents and does not generate wastewater
• the body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel
• the chamber is made of high-quality quartz, and has increased resistance to the formation of sediments and destruction
